Entry fee will include use of your space for Friday and Saturday. Special lodging rates are available; please call 1-800-453-3000

for more information. Cooking spaces are 20x30, with extra space available by request if available. There will be a very limited

amount of motor homes allowed. Electricity and water will be available to most sites. Your entry fee will include all categories. Sites will be

 assigned as your entry forms are received and space is limited. Teams will provide all necessary supplies for contest. No open pits can be dug in ground.

In signing this entry form I understand that no money will be refunded and my team agrees to abide by the rules of KCBS,

the Snowbird Grill on the Hill BBQ Championship, and the on-site BBQ Committee. All teams agree that they will not break down until after the

 awards ceremony on Saturday, June 20th^t.Any team with a sponsor (product or association) must be approved prior to acceptance.

I also understand that I am responsible for my team’s conduct and my own team’s liability insurance.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of accepting this entry, I the undersigned agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Kansas City Barbecue Society,

Arlie Bragg, Snowbird, Ltd, Snowbird Renaissance Center, its property and or owners, its Board of Directors, officers, staff, members, and

 any coordinators or event sponsors against any claim or action for any cause. I agree that I will be responsible for providing my own insurance under

 this hold  harmless clause that is made a part of this contract. I have carefully read and fully understand its contents. I am aware

that this is a release of liability, hold harmless agreement and assumption of risk agreement and that it is a legally binding contract. I further understand that this

 release is binding on my heirs or anyone making a claim on my behalf. I sign of my own free will. I also grant permission to Snowbird Grill on the Hill BBQ

 Championship to use any photos, videotapes, motion pictures or recordings of this event for any legitimate purpose.

Competitor is an independent contractor, and as such, is responsible for all workers compensation premiums, income taxes and liability insurance

 and agrees to hold Snowbird Ltd, Snowbird Renaissance Center, its property and or owners, its Board of Directors, officers, staff, members, and any

coordinators or event sponsors harmless from, and indemnify against, any and all liability or loss arising directly from injury or damage to personal property caused

 during the execution of this event and during said engagement.

Remember, while in our protected watershed you must follow these rules:Camping is allowed only in developed campgrounds in all protected watershed canyons.

 Please protect our drinking water supply by using restrooms.

Dogs, horses, and other domestic animals are prohibited in protected watersheds. Search/Rescue dogs, etc. allowed by permit only.  Anyone with pets will be turned away or fined by the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Department or the Salt Lake City Watershed Department.
