We specialize in outdoor cooking competitions
and events. We produce some of America's top recognized bbq cook offs across the United States! Working with the Chamber of Commerce members and city officials we map out a plan to make your event a World Class event!
Our organizational skills include developing a name, contacting the teams to come cook, contact judges who will come judge, layout of the Cookoff area, work with water and electric departments on logistics, abide by all guidelines of the Fire and Health Dept's, run advertising in the newsletters and website, provide top BBQ Chefs for media interviews, work within and coordinate a budget for the event, to the awards ceremony.
We are members of the Kansas City Barbeque Society and our events are KCBS sanctioned meaning they will follow the rules & sanctioning guidelines of the KCBS. America's #1 sanctioning body! We have now ran more bbq contest than any other person in the United States!
